For any event other than a Wedding, I require a $50 deposit and a credit card to be held on file to secure your date. The cancellation policy is 2 weeks, and your card will NOT be charged if you cancel within this time frame.

Your Deposit will be applied towards your total balance the day of your Event

For any hair services a credit card is required to book.

Event Hair/Makeup-Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to your date or you will be responsible for the amount agreed upon on booking. You can reschedule your date (2 times) and your deposit will go towards the new agreed date.

Salon Services-Cancellations must be made 24 hours of your appointment or your card will be charged for half the amount of your appointment. You can reschedule, with no charge within 24 hours, for a new date.

I know that life throws us curb balls sometimes, however, if you are late for your appointment, my whole day becomes off and everyone’s appointment becomes late. I do not want our time to be rushed as you deserve a luxury experience at every appointment. With that being said, if you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment I may no longer be able to offer your appointment slot to you. Please be respectful of my time, YOUR time, and to each other’s time :) Thank you for understanding.
